5 STARS +!!! I was so excited to read Rise of the Legacies: The Awakening that I kept on pestering Jessica to see if she had finished it yet. I was the first person to get an ARC, and let me tell you, this book was amazing to the last page and left me NEEDING more. It's everything I look for in a good supernatural story. A major draw for me is how the 7 novel series is planned. I'll let her tell you about that, but be ready for a whirlwind of adventure, deceit, betrayal, heartache (with tears and anguish), boss battles, and let's not forget the magic, oh the magic, and even a little horror. 

I can't wait to get back to Rocky Point, NC and to Leora, Alerick, Raven, the rest of the Bellhammon Coven, and Dahlia. I miss them already. Hurry up Book 2!

All the stars. The hype is real, guys, and if you don't believe me, then Bless your little ole heart, shug. I loved the character development and atmosphere created in Rise of the Legacies: The Awakening. And the cool thing is, you can go to all the places in the book. They're real!  

The three main characters, Leora, Raven, and Alerick, have a very interesting dynamic going for them, then you add in the rest of the coven and you're in for some serious head-butting and fights. Dahlia is a headstrong character who has been through so much.
